The Out of Control and illegal United States Federal Reserve

In December, 1910, Senator Nelson Aldrich assembled, in secret, a group of six men. They met on Jekyll Island, off the coast of Georgia. “In 1910, these six men represented a quarter of the world’s wealth.” After 9 days, they “laid the creation of the…Central Bank of the U.S.A.- a medium corp. 11/20/17. “These six men included the heads of banks, branches of government such as the Treasury and some of the richest men on earth.”…”These bankers misinformed the American public by claiming the purpose of the system was to stabilize the economy and release the grip Wall Street banks had over America. The problem was, those who wrote the bill, were the same people they claimed they would stop….it would give a small group of men the ability to create money out of nothing and then loan it to the American government with interest. It was done in secret “because they knew…that the American people would never agree to a central bank in their country.” Back then, “people knew that everywhere a central bank went, there would be wealth inequality, wild swings between economic booms and busts. After each financial bust, those at the top of society mysteriously came out wealthier, while everyone else came out poorer. Europe was the running example of this at the time.”- a medium corp. 11/20/17.

“In the art of deception, the bankers went on a mission….to intentionally provide misinformation…protesting against the newly named Federal Reserve bill. “It would ruin the banks !”…”they explained to newspapers. The average person…presumed if the bankers hated it, then it surely must be beneficial to the public. And so, they unknowingly supported a Trojan Horse.”- a medium corp. 11/20/17. “The bankers also fooled Congress by putting clauses in the bill that limited their power, only to remove these limits once the bill was passed.” So while most of the 535 members of Congress was home for Christmas, Congress passed the Federal Reserve bill, 43-25. President Woodrow Wilson signed it into law, on 12/23/13. “And with that, a small group had the monopoly over issuing and creation of American money.”- a medium corp. 11/20/17.

Sen. Aldrich also “authored and led the conception of the 16th Amendment to the Constitution that authorized the imposition of the Federal Income tax on American citizens.” It was ratified on February 3, 1913.- ourdocuments.gov.

“Federal income tax on labor has been unlawfully imposed on the American people and kept in place for over a century, contrary to various rulings by the U.S. Supreme Court. It exists so that successive federal governments can continue to pay the interest on money which, since 1913, they have been obligated to keep borrowing from bankers, and which the government previously could print independently.”- a medium corp. 11/20/17.

“Today, The Federal Reserve is the most powerful entity in the United States, and they are not ashamed to admit it either.” In 2007, Fed. Reserve Chairman, Alan Greenspan was asked about the relationship between the Federal Reserve and the President of the United States. Greenspan stated “The Fed Reserve is an independent agency…and that there is no other agency of government which can overrule actions that we take. What the relationships are, don’t frankly matter.”- a medium corp. 11/20/17. Sen. Rand Paul has been fighting for a law to audit the Fed. The Federal Reserve transparency Act (S. 148), known as the “Audit the Fed” bill, has not gotten past the introduction stage in the Senate.- congress.gov. In 1996, a General Accounting Office audit revealed the Fed’s $2 Billion annual budget was used to employ 25,000 well paid employees….operate its own Air Force of 47 Lear jets and small cargo planes; maintain a large fleet of auto’s ( including personal cars for 59 Fed Bank managers). A full time curator oversees the Fed’s collection of expensive paintings and sculptures.”- mises.org. 5/1/2000.

The number of Fed employees earning more than $125,000. per year more than doubled from 1993 to 1996. Even the head janitor…was paid $163,800. in salary and fringe benefits. Millions of dollars are spent on professional memberships, entertainment and travel.-mises.org. 5/1/2000.”The 12 Federal Reserve Banks have their own police forces.” They are legally private entities, but were given this authority as a result of the Patriot Act of 2001.”-garynorth.com. 7/26/19.

“The Fed. Reserve paid the U.S. Treasury its smallest sum in a decade, paying out $54.9 Billion throughout 2019.”-markets.businessinsider.com. This was due to declining interest income and surging expenses.

“The more dollars we have in the circulation, the less the currency is worth. Our money supply has rapidly increased over the past century due to the Federal Reserve printing massive amounts of money like there’s no tomorrow….a quasi governmental entity can simply print more money…Since the Federal Reserve came into existence in 1913, the dollar has lost over 95 percent of its value.”-freedomworks.org. 2/1/12. The Federal Reserve is largely responsible for the out of control spending by Congress….the Federal government is able to simply print more money as needed to finance its drunken spending spree. It has become a never ending cycle of spending and printing more money.-freedomworks.org. 2/1/12.

Conclusion: “The Constitution makes no mention of a central bank…The Federal government only has about 30 enumerated powers….the power to create a central bank is not explicitly granted to the Federal government in our founding document….therefore the Federal Reserve clearly violates the Constitution.”-freedomworks.org. 2/1/12. / Done

I started out a little nothing on Twitter 5 years ago. I always had a love for research, writing, digging for the truth. My very first writing class in Queens College, after I wrote my first paper, my Professor wanted to talk to me after class. Before I even sit down in her office, she says to me: “You’re very talented.” I said thank you, I appreciate that, but I’m also a practical kid. I knew pursuing writing out of college wasn’t a guaranteed job, so I became a Pharmacist. Now, as a Pharmacist for 44 years and an owner for 30 years, I now can devote time to my passion. My very first threaded tweet on Twitter was a hit, about how Sonny Bono was murdered, because even as a kid, I never believed that story that he died by slamming into a tree while skiing. It got a great response on Twitter and motivated me to do more research and writing. I was suspended from Twitter, but I always wrote on paper before writing on Twitter, and kept all my writings. I developed Thawts.net and took almost a year to rewrite everything onto my site. Now, anything I write is new stuff and about any subject of my choice. I hope you enjoy reading as much as I enjoy writing. Sincerely, Harvey Staub 👍🇺🇸
