Social Justice equals Socialism

Social Justice. There are different definitions that characterize this phrase. “Social Justice is the idea of acting with equality, fairness and dignity to all human beings.”-yourdictionary.com Another: “The objective of creating a fair and equal society in which each individual matters. Their rights are recognized and protected, and decisions are made in ways that are fair and honest.”-oxfordreference.com. 8/3/2011. Thirdly: “Social Justice tends to focus more on just relations between groups within society as opposed to the justice of individual conduct or justice for individuals…the idea of Social Justice is that all people should have equal access to wealth, health, well-being, justice, privileges and opportunity regardless of their legal, political, economic or other circumstances.”-investopedia.com. 9/30/20. Social Justice doesn’t admit, like Socialism, that the State is in charge and control, of trying to obtain these goals.

“While formal definitions of Social Justice vary in wording, there are commonalities among them. 1. Equal rights 2. Equal opportunity 3. Equal treatment.” An example of goals, by the Black Community Investment Fund of San Diego : The fund focuses on 1. Education 2. Employment 3. Entrepreneurship 4. Housing. -sdfoundation.org. 3/24/16. This would be a better example of a means to an end. How organizations actually committed to helping “individuals” within the Black Community to better themselves, as opposed to trying to change society, and make the society obligated to make changes.

Social Justice laws have been implemented within the United States for years. In 1963,” “The Equal Pay Act” is passed by Congress, promising equitable wages for the same work, regardless of the race, color, religion, national origin or sex of the worker.”-usnews.com. 1/20/17. Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.’s efforts resulted in radical changes to the U.S. economy and society in subsequent decades,” leading to “The Civil Rights Act” of 1964, which outlaws businesses from discriminating against legally protected groups.”-investopedia.com. 9/30/20. “ ”The Voting Rights Act” of 1965, aimed to overcome legal barriers at the state and local levels that prevented African Americans from exercising their right to vote as guaranteed under the 15th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.”-history.com. 11/9/2009. “ “The Fair Housing Act” of 1968 prohibited discrimination concerning the sale, rental and financing of housing based on race, religion, national origin, sex, handicap and family status.”-hud.gov. In 1974, “Housing discrimination on the basis of sex and credit discrimination against women are outlawed by Congress.”-usnews.com.1/20/17. In 1978, “ “The Pregnancy Discrimination Act” bans employment discrimination against pregnant women.”-usnews.com. 1/20/17. In 2018, President Trump signs into law “The First Step Act.” “The Act is a federal criminal justice reform bill that changes many harsh federal sentencing laws. The Act also expands compassionate release for qualifying federal inmates and offers current federal inmates rehabilitative programming and the possibility for early release from prison.”-nacdl.org.

Social Justice “Warriors” complain that the United States uses “voter suppression tactics that target people of color.”-americanprogress.org. 8/17/19. No proof is presented to prove this statement. Social Justice “Warriors” complain that Black people are shot and killed by Police, disproportionate to White people. In 2020, 226 Black people were shot to death by Police in the U.S., compared to 432 White people and 156 Hispanic.-statista.com. 2/3/2021. As of February 12, 2021, The Bureau of Prisons reports 57.5% of inmates are White; 38.6% of inmates are Black.

Conclusion: “Social Justice is the battle cry of the new Socialists who call themselves “democratic.” A majority of millennials between 19 and 29 prefer socialism to capitalism…Socialists claim they want equality and prosperity for all…Socialist leaders trick their followers into believing that the aim of socialism is equal to socialism as a method…if socialism is installed as an economic system, instead of a better life, systemic misery is the consequence.” Social Justice says injustice is universal. “Once one takes up… Social Justice, the Pandora’s box is open for society to be obliged to cure the plethora of ailments… in the name of Social Justice.” -aier.org.10/30/19.

Israel, India and The United Kingdom all adopted socialism as an economic model after WW II. Socialism is guilty of a fatal conceit. It believes its system can make better decisions for the people than people can for themselves. Socialism has failed in every country in which it has been tried.-heritage.org.10/16/19.

When do people start taking personal responsibility and stop blaming the State/ society for their own personal screw ups ? As an example, of all births in Washington, D.C., “70% are born outside of wedlock. It’s the largest-scale abandonment of women by men in human history, what’s happening all through this country. And it’s not only in urban areas.”-heritage.org. 47% of all inmates in prison today are in prison due to drug offenses. BOP.gov. How many of these people are there because they didn’t have parents who were good parents? That they turned to drugs and toxic people because their parents didn’t parent?

Maybe, instead of focusing on “Social Justice,” our society should concentrate on “Family Justice.” Fathers and mothers being good parents. Actually, being hands on parenting, which is severely lacking in our society today. To give our children love, kindness, respect, understanding, compassion, for when kids screw up; Forgiveness and most of all communication. Talk to your kids. It’s not the 1950’s anymore, when a family gathered around the dinner table to talk. Pick and choose a time, a place, where you can actually talk to your children, about anything and everything.

Social Justice should mean being a good member of our society; working hard through your own personal determination, not expecting the government to be handing you everything.

Our grandparents came to this country and worked their asses off. They didn’t sit and play with their phones all day. You took out student loans? Then get a job and pay them back. That’s how the world works. This is the real equality, fairness and self dignity that you’re trying to achieve. We don’t need the government to intercede, deceive, become bigger, more powerful, more debt, more wars, more controlling. WeThePeople fought for our freedoms. Social Justice is just a pretty phrase whose goal is socialism. All those people who’ve taken a knee in sports, etc., in the name of Social Justice. How many of them have actually helped just one person? Individually? How many profit from their deals with China, Nike in China, etc., selling sneakers, jerseys, made by slave workers in China? Are they concerned about Social Justice in China? In Hong Kong? Taiwan? They’re hypocrites. What has Black Lives Matter done for just one Black life? Just one. Have you heard of one person being helped?

“Chicago: 75% of murdered are Black. 71% of murderers are Black.”-intellectualtakeout.org. Is there any mention whatsoever of how to try and resolve this problem by Black Lives Matters ? None.

It’s time to start thinking for yourself, what is the true reality, goals are of Social Justice. / Done

I started out a little nothing on Twitter 5 years ago. I always had a love for research, writing, digging for the truth. My very first writing class in Queens College, after I wrote my first paper, my Professor wanted to talk to me after class. Before I even sit down in her office, she says to me: “You’re very talented.” I said thank you, I appreciate that, but I’m also a practical kid. I knew pursuing writing out of college wasn’t a guaranteed job, so I became a Pharmacist. Now, as a Pharmacist for 44 years and an owner for 30 years, I now can devote time to my passion. My very first threaded tweet on Twitter was a hit, about how Sonny Bono was murdered, because even as a kid, I never believed that story that he died by slamming into a tree while skiing. It got a great response on Twitter and motivated me to do more research and writing. I was suspended from Twitter, but I always wrote on paper before writing on Twitter, and kept all my writings. I developed Thawts.net and took almost a year to rewrite everything onto my site. Now, anything I write is new stuff and about any subject of my choice. I hope you enjoy reading as much as I enjoy writing. Sincerely, Harvey Staub 👍🇺🇸
