The Assasination of Robert F. Kennedy

June 15, 1968. Sirhan Sirhan was wrongly convicted of killing Robert F. Kennedy (RFK). “Paul Schrade…one of 5 other people shot and injured at The Ambassador Hotel, sustaining a bullet to the head, has maintained there was a second assassin there that night. -irishcentral.com. 6/2/18. “He cites the autopsy reports findings that Kennedy was shot at point blank range from behind.” …Schrade’s memory and those of others at the scene, remember Sirhan never got behind RFK or close enough to him to shoot him at such close range.-irishcentral.com. 6/2/18.

“None of the witnesses who testified at the trial placed RFK closer than 2 feet to Sirhan, when he began to fire, and some swore that the 2 men were separated by as much as 8-10 feet.”-nytimes.com. 12/15/74. Sirhan’s gun held 8 bullets. “In 2004, a tape recording which featured the gunfire in the pantry (where Kennedy was shot), surfaced, made by Polish freelance journalist Stanislaw Pruszynski; the tape was analyzed by a team led by Philip Van Praag (an acoustic forensic expert).”

“The tape revealed 13 shots were fired in the space of 5 seconds.”-maryferrell.org. “Six persons in the pantry received bullet wounds. Three bullets struck RFK. The fatal bullet, entered his head.”-flagpole.com.6/19/19.

“Kennedy suffered extensive injury to the right cerebellum and right occipital cortex…bone and bullet fragments were embedded in tissue throughout the brain…penetrating gunshot wounds to the head such as Kennedy’s, are associated with a high mortality rate.”-sciencedaily.com. 6/19/18.

Sirhan used an Iver Johnson Cadet 55, .22 caliber, 8 shot revolver.-theguardian.com. 2/22/08. Serial # H-53725.-kennedysandking.com. Enter, Mr. Thane Eugene Cesar. Cesar was an “armed security guard, standing directly behind RFK when he was shot in the back of the head.”-theobscurantist.com. Cesar owned a “9 shot revolver, .22 caliber, Harrington and Richardson 922. Serial # Y-13332.-theguardian.com. 2/22/08.-theobscurantist.com.

In Van Praag’s acoustic tests, Cesar’s gun “produced the same frequency anomalies” as Sirhan’s gun. Van Praag “presented his results on Feb. 21, 2008, to the American Academy of Forensic Sciences annual meeting in Washington, D.C.”-theguardian.com. 2/22/08.

Cesar “claimed falsely to have sold the gun 6 months before the assassination in. “Then, Cesar conceded, he “disposed of the gun 3 months after Kennedy’s death.”-baltimoresun.com. 5/28/1995.

Cesar’s revolver, serial # Y-13332, was “salvaged from a muddy pond in Arkansas after 25 years.”-kennedysandking.com. 8/15/1995.

Mr. Robert Joling, a retired attorney, Judge and forensics expert, also corroborated with Van Praag. “They both believe Sirhan did not fire the fatal shots. “In their book, “An open and shut case,” they detail how a “rush to judgment,” led to failed justice in the RFK assassination.”-gvnews.com. 4/4/2008. Joling states: “Not only didn’t he do it, but he couldn’t have done it.”…”Joling doesn’t dispute that Sirhan was there to shoot Kennedy, but he provides arguments…to prove Sirhan did not fire the fatal shots.”…Joling states: “Sirhan pulled a gun and pointed it at Kennedy, so he was guilty of attempted murder or assault with a deadly weapon no matter what, but there is no evidence anywhere that the bullets that struck Kennedy came from Sirhan’s gun.”…”Sirhan was never in a position to fire any shots from the rear of RFK…Kennedy received no frontal wounds.”-gvnews.com. 4/4/2008. Joling states: “It would be an error to draw any final conclusions…on incomplete information. However, what is totally inexplicable was the inability or unwillingness of the Los Angeles authorities to confront the issue concerning this guard.”-gvnews.com. 4/4/2008.

“Examination of the bullets by distinguished Criminologist Wm. Harper, Dr. Joling and Herbert MacDonnell of Corning Labs, “concluded: the five other shooting victims do not match a bullet removed from Senator Kennedy.”-baltimoresun.com. 5/28/95.

“Fact: Richard Lubic, a television producer, was standing behind Kennedy during the shooting. Lubic saw an arm to his right with a gun…after Kennedy fell, Lubic knelt to help Kennedy and saw a security guard, Thane Eugene Cesar, with his gun drawn and pointing toward the floor.” The Los Angeles Police Department later put enormous pressure on Lubic to change his story. Lubic was visited at home by L.A.P.D. Investigators, who told him, “Don’t bring this up, don’t be talking about this.”-salon.com. 11/21/11.

Authors Wm. Turner, John Christian and Philip Melanson, wrote books on the assassination. “The authors were reliable researchers committed to the truth.” … All concluded: “The assassination resulted from a conspiracy and that the Police Investigation was a cover up, which includes mishandling of witnesses, failures to investigate persons of interest, and to pursue leads, and suspicious destruction of physical evidence.”-flagpole.com. 6/19/19.

On 8/30/19, Sirhan was stabbed multiple times in the California State Prison, prison yard. He was taken to the hospital and was in stable condition. -tmz.com. 8/30/19.

On 9/11/19, Thane Eugene Cesar, died in the Philippines, where he’d lived for a number of years. -themmacommunity.com.

Conclusion: Just another, in a long series of lies, cover ups, perpetuated by our government upon WeThePeople of the United States. / Done

I started out a little nothing on Twitter 5 years ago. I always had a love for research, writing, digging for the truth. My very first writing class in Queens College, after I wrote my first paper, my Professor wanted to talk to me after class. Before I even sit down in her office, she says to me: “You’re very talented.” I said thank you, I appreciate that, but I’m also a practical kid. I knew pursuing writing out of college wasn’t a guaranteed job, so I became a Pharmacist. Now, as a Pharmacist for 44 years and an owner for 30 years, I now can devote time to my passion. My very first threaded tweet on Twitter was a hit, about how Sonny Bono was murdered, because even as a kid, I never believed that story that he died by slamming into a tree while skiing. It got a great response on Twitter and motivated me to do more research and writing. I was suspended from Twitter, but I always wrote on paper before writing on Twitter, and kept all my writings. I developed Thawts.net and took almost a year to rewrite everything onto my site. Now, anything I write is new stuff and about any subject of my choice. I hope you enjoy reading as much as I enjoy writing. Sincerely, Harvey Staub 👍🇺🇸
